Icemann420 Grows LSD 25 From Fast Buds In DWC

The tangerine has drank another gallon of water in one day so I mixed her up one with full bloom nutrients and calmag and added it to the bucket. After day two I’ve noticed the ph lowers across the board of plants. With this dynagrow. It makes its way down to low 5. Could it be I’m under nutrienting them. And they are just drinking so fast. They all look well decoy for the lsd 25 again. She is just tall and thin and looks hunger. The problem is she is at week 4 but is already in flower and I’m still on week 3 grow. Wtf. Now on the seed pack it says she drinks a lot and to be prepared. So maybe I haven’t given her enuf food to keep up with the fast buds? Any thoughts. And the blueberry is actually growing now. After doctor Icemann420 preformed a miracle Surgery

Hey thanks ghost for the reply on bigtone13. There are basically no followers of comments on his grow. I think it will give him some confidence and keep on keeping on. Lol. That’s the only reason I posted his link. To try and get other to involve in his grow. And anyone else take a look share your ideas.

Awe nice fresh chilled reverse osmosis water. 2 ppm

It’s a reading of your water quality. City water sits around 750-1000 well water can be 500-1000 it’s just the water Purity meaning if after I mix my bucket and it says 800ppm I actually have 798 parts of food In the bucket.

Up up up. so far in my 5 weeks I’ve used an whole bottle of ph up. It seams that the dynagrow love to drift down it only holds ph for 24 hours. So I increased the nutrients mixture by 1/4 so I’m 3/4 of full recommend nutrients I also upped my calmag. My buckets are sitting at 770 ppm as of last night with a ph of 6. This morning ph was 5.8 that was a 8 hour window. Now when I check it later I’ll see if the additional nutrients helped stabilize the ph.

Are you using foilage pro and protekt? My ph was going up a little bit but I’ve noticed the last couple days it has went down from 5.8-5.6. Mine also hasn’t been drifting a lot yet but once she started drinking more it probably will. I read that Dynagro Grow instead of foilage pro does best for hydro. The guy tests dynagro against several other nutrients and he used grow even through bloom I believe but I’m gonna go see if I can find that again.✌️

What PPM?
Parts per million
Just want to science for a minute and note that there are two scales: TDS and PPM. Both are based on EC (Electrical Conductivity) and then multiplied out by different numbers. TDS (total dissolved solids) is EC x 500 and PPM is EC x 700. It's measuring the same thing, two scales.

Most folks in the US are using TDS meters even if they are reporting their numbers in PPM. I don't know what kind of meter Ice is using but I just thought I'd toss in a little background :).

I found that my silica source (Armor Si) was acting like pH up in my nutes and I've used a lot more pH Down since I started adding it!

I’m only using dyna bloom protec and mag pro at the moment. But in early veg I was using foliage pro. I made the choice to use then bloom just because it was in the kit. But this is the worst I have ever hade with ph. I’d go 2 years on one bottle of ph up with general hydroponic and I’m only a month in on this grow and I’ve bin through through a bottle.

Well mr shed I have a tds3 I really don’t know what scale it uses. Truthfully I never use it. But with the ph issue i’ve been curious of how my parts per million are acting so I’m going to keep an eye on the fluctuation of pH maybe the PPM‘s will tell me something like underfeeding is the main issue with my knowledge of our oh water and nutrients it leads me to believe that I am under nutrients in them and they just suck all the neutering it out and leave my water stale and everyone knows reg water doesn’t hold ph very well

I'm guessing if you have a TDS3 then it's probably a TDS meter ;). It gets confusing at times when people say they are feeding at 500 PPM when they really mean 500 TDS. That would be 700 PPM if we were being accurate (or EC of 1.0).

Either way, using a meter to measure nutrient uptake by the plants seems like it would be helpful in hydro. I know that Grandpa T and Rider had EC meters permanently attached to the rez. I think it was temp, pH, and EC.

It’s a really valuable tool in hydroponic I just haven’t really figured that part out you how to properly use it. BUt used properly It can tell me all about the problems I’m having with my ph. Some day. I’ll learn. :reading420magazine::nomo:
