What are all the contaminants I am looking at?

My guess is the green stuff is trichoderma. i found some just yesterday on some cheese I left in the fridge too long. It grew in the unopened end of the package- go figure.

The CDC says the typical in 95 mask is good enough for short term exposure to molds. Whereas longer-term tends to be those type with the two pods on each side so I ordered a few of those in 95 mass that everyone covered so much during the Covid era.

I have pretty bad asthma and I’m seeing a surgeon about sinus polyps next week so the last thing I need is something irritating my respiratory system.

Avoid breathing mushroom spores as well. The better grade of mask is a really good idea to keep contagion away from your shrooms and your shroom's spores away from you!

I watched a documentary once on hazardous mold. That stuff can cause all kinds of health problems. There’s some really toxic mold that can be in your walls and causing health problems without people knowing about it. CL
