I Ain't Afraid Of No Ghost - Seedsman's Purple Ghost Candy Comparative Grow SIP/SCROG

I just ordered a 6 tier hanging deal for all that shit at the bottom that will be here tomorrow so it can all go in there and will be good to go. For now I have a fan at the pile lol. NOT ideal but it is what it is. I did not expect as much larfy shit that was buried in that net.

And for the record SCROG is a bitch to chop down LOL

And I just notice the hat I was sawing wearing has weed all over it LOL

That's what I have and works great

Ok I had a 6 tier hanging mesh drying rack delivered and was able to get everything hanging on my old racks or in the 6 tier. Their is probably half dry ounce of larf that found its way to the bin, just too much to deal with.

It’s hard to tell in pictures but the stuff that was at the top of the canopy has a nice purple hue to it so it seems. Hopefully I can get a picture once they are done hanging!

Tomorrow I will run the humidifier along side the dehumidifier and the heater. Then an intake window will get opened to keep the temp down. It’s currently running at 68° and 54% I might drop that humidity down tonight to 45% and then get it all set tomorrow for the remainder of the dry.

I have the intake and exhaust fans at their lowest setting of 1 and 3 fans, 2 blowing across the ceiling and 1 at the floor blowing at the wall. So air movement by no direct air flow.

Once done it’s all going into grovebags for the cure. Will sit in them for a month before I really do anything with it all and then I will break into it. Leaving it in the bags for up to 6 months when they will go into jars if there is anything left.

Ok tent is set for the hang. Dehumidifier set at 65% as it tends to over shoot.

Humidifier set to transition on and off with a 1% buffer between 55% and 60%. It’s basically running non stop at a 1 out of 10 non stop and holding at 59%

I opened the window to drop the temp in the room to drop the temp. It’s currently at 67° but that won’t last too long. Heater is set to hold at 60°

So I should be good for the next 8-12 days until they are all ready for the cure.

I will update this journal once I trim it all and get a total weight.

What's you next grow? Got anything in the works?
I am changing things up and doing my first DWC grow, should be a complete shit show LOL

I was going to go with 2 plants but I think I am going to just run 1 plant and see how it goes.

It will be a Barney’s Farm Mimosa X Orange Punch
Now that you have all the kinks worked out, I am Really looking forward to your next grow!
See above. Switching things up a bit. Should be a fun ride though!

Looking forward to this grow. I just got a pack of those beans. Went with the moby dick 🐳 beans for this new grow. Have a great day.

:bravo: on getting those babies to that huge harvest! Sounds like you're giving them the same care after chop as you did from the jump, so I bet they're gonna be the cat's pajamas when you break open the bags in a month. :)
Thanks Shed! I’ve been really happy with this hang. Ive been able to hold them damn near 60° and 60% with almost no effort or environmental manipulation! It’s been cool and rainy, so 2 windows in the room cracked and that’s it! Heater came on a couple of times, dehumidifier came on a few times and the same with the humidifier. I will give them a probe test here tomorrow and see where the moisture is at. If I remember correctly I’m shooting for 11

HOLLY HANA!!! Tested the colas with the wood moisture meter and was 10-14 so I am starting the trim process. I have 4 hanging racks that are all full of the colas and then a 6 tier 24” diameter hanging net that’s FULL.

Well today I had time to empty 1 of the hanging racks and ran it through the new trimmer, more on this below, and that 1 rack weighed in at 5.5oz!!! If the rest of them come out the same and then that net I’m looking at about a LB per plant!!! W00T!!

Ok onto the trimmer, this is an amazing tool!!! That 5.5 oz took me about 25 mins and the nugs came out looking great!!

I will get some pictures up this weekend of some of the choice nugs and a final weigh in. Then they rest and cure for a month and I will follow up with a smoke report.

Speaking of, is there a preferred format for the smoke report?

That's massive! Can't wait for pics! :drool::woohoo:
We will see I did another rack last night and it was only 2.5 oz. So maybe the 2lb is a bit overstated.

I might be able to get a few pics today or tomorrow.

Ok all colas, I think, have been trimmed. I still have the 6 tier job to trim. I’m sitting just under a pound at 15.4 oz!!!

I highly doubt I will hit yesterday’s very optimistic 2lb forecast but still will get a respectable haul!

Also the trimmer bowl is almost full and that shit is going to be great for joints and edibles!! The sides of the bowl are covered in kief!

Some of these buds are really really tight and hard and then some are really light fluffy and spongy! I have a feeling most of what is in the net is going to be spongy. I’m going to separate it all and keep that good solid stuff for smoking and the fluffy stuff for edibles :)

Pics to come soon!!!

So after getting it all on the scale at the same time I’m seeing it is 15.7 oz!
