Ghoulishly delishous!

I’ve read about doing a 24-48 hour darkness period at the end of flower to speed up the process. Wondering if anyone employs that method or if it’s hocus pocus?

I think that's been mostly debunked. That said, I lower the light intensity for the last week or so to mimic less light in the fall in nature.

That’s what I thought.

I’m also lowering DLI last week by 1 hour and this week by another. I didn’t want to lower the intensity and only the daylight hours. Now at 10/14.

Personally I don't think the 2 days darkness helps but I do think a really hard drought at the end for several days would stress the plants enough to give it that final umph!!! I think it probably helps shorten the hang/dry time possibly as well. Sooo many choices!!!! 😎✌️

Yeah I was reading a little on that too and was thinking I might give that a go and stop feeding them until chop next weekend:)

A few times I have had outside plants just get swarmed by pests. Even though the same strain was growing ten feet away. The plants that were infested definitely impacted the yield but on the flip side of that the actual quality of the final product was better. Really the only thing I can attribute it to is a possible stress reaction from the plant. So I'm thinking maybe drought probably works somewhat in the same fashion. Sooo many strains.... So little time!! 😎✌️

Day 166 - Vegged for 56 - Day 61 of flower - Day 71 of 12/12 or less light.

So close!!

Not a ton of change in the trichs but seeing a little more amber and less glass.

Haven’t watered since Friday, they don’t seem to notice yet. Maybe a little droopy if anything.

Numbers are right in range:
