Looking gd Steve, I'd agree with 5chord, if its only that leaf I'd say its been damaged in some way.Light or nute burn by being splashed is the probable cause.
Hey Steve,
What makes you think the plant is Cal + Mag deficient? It looks pretty good here........I wonder why your little guys are still so little?
Check your PH everyday.....It's not so important now as it will be when you flower because your plants won't feed much during veg and you still got some vegging to do......Use any commercial PH up-down......You don't need much and you will probably use more down than up......I use a cap-full of either to adjust 8 gallons. Get a decent PH meter and make sure you calibrate it. If you get used to stabilizing your PH now, your plants will thank you later
Steve, I have to adjust pH every 2 or 3 days. I start around 5.6 and it drifts up to around 6.5 and I drop it down agian. Same thing in my Rock Wool rez. It's okay to have a curve of pH that you use. Different nutes are consumed at different Ph ranges.
But like 5 chord said, I see no evidence of low cal or burn. I wouldn't get crazy with trimming either. When the roots hit the rez, you'll get all the top growth you want! Lol. Ph change happens overnight in DWC. I check it every day as 5 chord said. If you plan on doing this for a while, a monitor for your rez is beyond helpful! You can literally watch your girls eat.
DWC - Things happen fast. You're well on your way to nirvana!
PS: check my last post or two. I'm learning a little about Ph drop and raise in DWC. I hope there's something to the info I got.
Anywho, see ya.
