High humidity while in flower and budding can cause bud mold (there is a real chance) if keep to high among other problems that can happen along with Hi humidity, get the growers bible packed with info and it will tell you to bring humidity down while in bud an room temps should be between 70 and 80 degrees mid to low humidity. Don't know about mold growing on the walls in the room it self guess that can happen if you don't clean the room, I clean walls, floors, ceiling as best as I can once every week to keep a clean an safe environmen.

A grow room is an environment unto it's self at least for me it is! don't spend money an time on the grow to let outside factors scew it up, you control the grow by not letting things get out of hand.

Re: Hydro Bucketeer-CERES Purp FEM.

All I could think of would be a deficiency or phytotoxicity. I've never seen low humidity do anything like that before... I grow in Soil all the time in the winter. I have an air conditioner, three fans and a 1000w light shining in a 4'-6' space, with almost ZERO humidity, and I've never seen any sign of distress. That being the case I don't think a closed area with six gallons of water in a reservoir could be suffering from low humidity enough to cause an aesthetic issue.

Looks like a mag or calcium issue to me.....
When I first start going into flowering with the regular GH flora line I had a slight calcium def. I used cal mag and it stopped almost overnight.

I agree you need to get some cal-mag or mag-cal to fix your problem...I use it all the way through flowering with my bloom fertilizer, the plants in flower crave mag more than nitrogen for flowering growth.I also grow with low humidity and have no problems with mold, nats and other high humidity problems....ac is the way to go if you can....

It's only going to grow mold if you let the humidity get and stay too high. One of those cheap little temp/humidity/barometers hanging on the wall will let you monitor the % humidity in the room. As long as it's kept below 50% it will be a lot better for your plants than no humidity. A cheap timer on it will control how often its on. I found three at a local discount store that handle 1635 watts and can be set for every 15 min. Three bux each so I bought the last 3 they had.

A low bux way to do it is to get an old towel, rag or whatever that you can nail to the wall spread open with the other end in a container of tap water. Turn that fan back on in your room and let it blow across the towel to get faster evaporation if needed. You should always have something moving the air around in your room so the air doesn't get stagnant around the plants. It doesn't have to blow on your plants, that is a concern with low humidity, just blowing the air around a bit so the plants can breathe. I use a 12" oscillating fan on low blowing at my plants 24/7 or the 400 watters would burn the tops off for sure. The uncooled lights are only 6" above the tallest plants.

Hope that was some help. :peace:

Re: Hydro Bucketeer-CERES Purp FEM.

I found this pic on the net and this what it says...(this aint my plant)
(Been having major troubles with extremely LOW humidity.Mine look like this close up)
Ozone damage typically found near the generator. Although a rare problem, symptoms generally appear as a Mg deficiency, but the symptoms are localized to immediately around the generator.

Then logic says it the gen Bro. No?

See thats just the OPPOSITE of whats needed to be done in HYDROPONICS..when sumthin is wrong...the problem\issue needs to be addressed and fixed as soon as possible because these plants grow fast in this system so that means DEATH WILL occur faster too if nothing done.Trust me if anyone knows about a situation and their consequences its me..I messed up plenty times to get where im at.
