Humidity: different stages, same time

The title says it.... I have 3 plants well into flower, and I've got a 2 week old all auto. What would you put humidity to? What is the effect of having humidity high? My temp is low 70s.

You are going to want the humidity lower so you don’t have model issues in flower. I think my flower tent is around 40%, also if the temps are higher I think you can have higher humidity. Check out a VPD chart.

Transporation rate slows down to. Plants won't take in much nutrient.

What slows down transpiration rate?

High humidity, water doesn't evaporate well into saturated air, inturn active transport of nutrients slows down.
