Hubba Hubba! Bubba Hash & The Bright Lights Of Redemption: Amy's Indoor v2.0 With DBHBB

Is Shed the only one who gets to pre-vote?! ;) I like the intricacies and symmetry of the zoomed in (pic 2). You’re the boss though Amy, and they’re both beauties.
Speaking of beauties, well done on that light Amy!!! :adore::adore:

I vote for #2 as well. My eyes focused more on the pattern and colors than just the frostiness of a bud. #1 was more of a classic "bud shot" for me. Both very nice, btw. :Namaste:

Eveyrone gets to pre-vote! I already dropped the wider pic in the contest tho’. I think it was the decision I’d already made...

I originally wanted to use the closeup, but just couldn’t get a frame that had composition I liked a lot, or at least more than the composition of that other one - which I’ve always been quite fond of. My ‘test’ for a photo that’s a photograph, as opposed to a snapshot, is “would I hang it on a wall?”. They both qualify, for different reasons.

There’s next month too... and my photo taking energy is low RN. So I can keep dipping into the ‘archives’ ;)

[phylotactic whorl]...

I'm sure they opened for Rectangular Cuboid of Dankness in February... :theband:

We made a wrinkle in time :laughtwo:

Only half my update landed the first time, so now it looks like Shed responded before it happened

That sonic screwdriver is not a touchscreen pen.

I appreciate both of you saying that, it’s what I was hoping for but never sure I had a frame that did that - too close to it I guess ;). There’s always next month!

For me PHOTM is like a monthly member ‘slide-night’, remember those? I really wish more folks joined in. I know I’ve won a few prizes there, but honestly I enter because I love the group share. I wish we could still share when we’re not even eligible to win - but I guess that would be too confusing for the judging. I also wish that more folks entered. I think maybe people think that if their photo doesnt seem likely to win they don’t enter anything. But sooo many great photos in there have not won. It’s so subjective anyway, so I wish more folks would contribute. Just pick a fave photo for each month and throw it in there. It’s as much about commmunity as it is about the competition. Ramble over....

Meanwhile, on the plants front, the HB gang, big and small, all got a Brix foliar last night and the Bubba’s had some Snake Oil added.

The DDAs are pushing out some wonderful smells that leap out at me when I open the tent - so I know the filter is working!

Wow they smell gooood. My helper took a good wiff of them the other day and said “oooh! Hubba Bubba!” :laughtwo: She didn’t know that was in the name of this journal! But to her that’s what the DDAs smell like - and I have to agree. Bubba might be ‘Bubba’ by name and ‘Hubba Hubba’ to look at, but it turns out the DDA’s have Hubba Bubba in their very being :D

I ended up lowering the light. I noticed I have a little leeway with the connection to the driver and could lower the light frame without stressing those wires, so I did. Much easier than faffing around trying to raise the larger pots that I can barely even slide around on the floor atm!

Everyone seems good with the light so far

IKR! :laughtwo: I think it has stopped getting taller... maybe. I’ve not been measuring it but before we rearranged the tent it added about an inch overnight and the tip of it was above the light  I see now that’s why I have a space in the light design... for the tall ones!

At least I’m not wondering if I mislabelled the seeds anymore, which I kept doing even tho I was 420% positive that I did not. As well as the pic you shared of that other stretchy Auto Blueberry, it smells like Blueberry. I wonder if that other one was a Dope Seeds’ auto as well..

I’ve had the best ganja related thing happen this afternoon. Summer before last, so more than 2.5years ago downunder, I grew a couple of Golden Tiger x Northern Lights seeds that were made by someone in the local mountains here, using Ace’s GT and I don’t know which NL. I planted them late, right on solstice, kind of like doing them “12/12 from seed” indoors. One of them stayed very small, ‘cause I stressed it a bit, and the other produced some of my absolute favourite toke to date. The happiest gigglingest everything-is-so-ok-est high. Well... the stunted one got a few mites towards the end and I experimented wth making some sprays using essential oils trying to only spray on the leaves, but of course some got on the buds. It only had a minor effect on the mites, and gave the buds an icky taste. They’ve been in the jar since then. Tested once I think, and it was still a bit nasty. Today I spotted the jar and, being still a little ambivalent about what I have on hand at the moment, decided to give it another try...

:cheesygrinsmiley::hookah: :cheesygrinsmiley:

Only a vague hint of the residual oils taste, and some of the spicy terps from the buds them selves remain.

I have more of these seeds, I’m dropping another one soon. Maybe I should send some to someone for some further ‘work’ :hmmmm:

Ima gonna dig up a photo of it...
