Everyone likes my LED cooling shelf, so I thought I'd post an even better explanation.

TOP-SHELF.png

I got a window fan for 25 bucks on amazon, and it pulls air out.

It sits on top of a shelf I made that cuts off the top from bottom space.

This second photo is looking upward sitting down with the plants.

The shelf has a hole at the back of the wall.

It pulls the air past the light, and back into the bedroom.

The master control box turns fans and light on and off.

It used to control four lights, and two fans. (upper and lower fans)

Now it just controls fans, because the LED has built in timers. lol

My carbon filter is at the bottom of the space blowing inward.

Yeah you keep spraying Colloidal Silver until you get open sacs.

The first time spray the whole plant.

After that spray buds, and nodes only.

I have read that all you have to do is spray one lower branch and you can "use" the rest of the plant. Is that true? Or do you have to spray the entire plant in the first spraying?
I just got two 1 gram ingots and I will try making my Colloidal Silver in a few weeks when "she" is close to being ready for a good spraying. I just started reading your blog and am excited to see how it ends. Count me in to the end...

Yeah just like anything about growing theres more than one way to do almost everything. I like to spray the whole plant because it seems to be the most reliable method. I think Self Pollination is less reliable because the plant is still receiving hormone support from the non sprayed part of the plant. Helping it to resist the sex change. Plus each strain seems to have it's own Colloidal Silver threshold. So self pollination may work great for one grower, and the next grower not at all. I just try to recommend a method using Colloidal Silver that seems to work every time.

One Question. Have you heard about something called Tiresias Mist?

My guess is that it probably works.

Colloidal Silver is about 1/8 the cost per oz tho.

The Tiresias Mist ingredients list is a trade secret.

So colloidal silver could just be the active ingredient. idk

The instructions for Tiresias Mist say to spray the plant for 21 days.

The last Colloidal Silver reversal was 25 days of spraying.

It took over 16 oz of Colloidal Silver to spray the plant that number of days.

Tiresias Mist is about 60 bucks a four ounce bottle.

I just checked amazon, and four bottles delivered (16 Oz's) is 260 bucks.

16 Oz's of colloidal silver is eight bucks. :)

DrZiggy, I only looked at the 1 oz bottle. I already got my 1 gram ingots so I just need batteries, alligator clips and wire to complete the generator. Going to get one of my sons or my wife to take me to a jeweler to check price of 12/14 gauge wire. I haven't been able to drive since last year. I don't want to put my alligator clips in the water accidentally like BID.
Anyway I have to wait for my next grow attempt. Trying to figure out what to strains get from Original. I think I'll try soil next time. Any suggestions on commercial soil? :scratchinghead:

Re: How to Make Feminized Seeds with Colloidal Silver - Sponsored by Intelligent-Gro

I've done soil grows before with good results.

I just grow autoflowers so they like a kinda light soil mix.

But now I grow in Coco Coir mixed with Rice Hulls, and I'm not going back. (cuz it's awesome)

I use a inexpensive hydro nutrient I can't post about, because they don't sponsor 420.

My monthly cost to grow in my 2 by 4 foot space is around 30 bucks.

That's about a buck a day, and 365 bucks a year keeping me smoking all the time.

Re: How to Make Feminized Seeds with Colloidal Silver - Sponsored by Intelligent-Gro

I'll read the links in order. Thanks. Never heard of High Brix. I'm having some differing problems with DWC and want to try something different next time. I'm going to order my beans this weekend. So I have plenty of time to read what you showed me. Thanks again

Re: How to Make Feminized Seeds with Colloidal Silver - Sponsored by Intelligent-Gro

i too use high brix kit and it is great check in my sig if interrested but first check the 2 links Dr. Z gave you as those are the "BIBLE" cannabis high brix...

Toke have you heard of this and or what do you think...CS drench for the plants:

Nutrient Additive for Feeding Solution – Indoor and Outdoor Gardening
Using a non chemical process,(name of company here) manufacturer’s a pure ionic colloidal silver suspension to shield your plants from a multitude of nature’s most radical elements while supplementing nutrient uptake; resulting in greener growth, healthier roots, and bigger flowers.
Silver has been used for decades in medicine to promote healing and to aid in the prevention of disease in humans. Thanks to Our proprietary technology we can now provide plants with the very same ionic silver supplement exposure that humans have been privy to for years.
Ionic silver is 100% safe and effective along with being pesticide free. Combine Colloidal Shield to any nutrient solution or H2O and feed through the root system (Do not foliar feed – Do not spray.) When using colloidal shield the proper way, plant genetics will not be altered — GUARANTEED.
Add ¼ cup of Colloidal Shield to every 5 gallons of water along with any nutrient solution. Feed everyday, every other week all through the vegetative stage and do the same during the first 4 weeks of the flowering stage.
DO NOT FOLIAR FEED (Unless you want to produce female pollen)

also thanks to you this is happening in my garden!!!!:high-five:

Yeah I subscribe to Doc Bud's thread.

I never say anything over there cuz he's a die hard pro mix guy. lol

But I read every post.

I like the high brix style, and may try adding a few things high brix in my Coco.

But I've got about 14 cubic feet of Coco in unexpanded bricks.

So I'm not going to dump all that, and buy some promix. haha

Yeah I was looking at that before. I was also reading a grow journal with a completely different take on a Colloidal Silver drench saying it reversed sex just like spraying does. That would be a great test for someone with a Colloidal Silver generator. Add it to your nutes, and water with it. lol. I think that website is making some unresearched claims. Just cashing in on grow crazy consumers who try everything.

Congrats on the sacs! :)

Toke, im not sure if coir medium is or was tested for High Brix capability.
Pro Mix HP was soil tested by the lab that shant be mentioned( no afiliation with the creep from Harry Potter  ) and barely passed..
Maybe you can ask doc if coir if amended with Doc Buds kit would result in HBA...High Brix Awesomness. :)
