How to finish

So before now ive been using soil and I was basically stopping nutes 2 weeks before harvest etc.
Whats the process for ending a grow when using deep water culture. I have the setup where the the plant sits in the clay rocks and the roots are underneath in the bucket of water and there is also a drip ring for oxygen.

New myself in growing and decided to go DWC myself. From what I’ve read you stop nutrients a few weeks before harvest and run ph balanced water and there are finishing supplemental flushing products available.
