Day 61 flowering

Time for another update and of course questions :-)

First off, I've been saying a few times lately, that I wasn't really sure if the trichomes were clear or milky, but today I definitely saw the first amber ones, so I guess they must be milky then.... right?

Amber trichs on the sugar leaf in the middle with the browned tip.

However, and I might be paranoid here, but I think maybe I see hermie signs all over the plant now.

Is it just me or???

Being this far into flowering, even if it is going hermie, is there anything to do?
I'm considering just doing a flush right here and now and give it a week, maybe two and then harvest.

She's got at LOT of brown leaves and some dry tips on a handful of flowers too.

What to do?

Don’t look at sugar leaves for the trichome checking. Your wanting to look at the “calyx” on the buds where the little pistils are coming from that will give you the best results for how ripe you buds are!

If you see amber I would start your flush if you lan to do that.
Ok thanks Penny
I have a 3 gal pot. Is it correct that i should use approx 9 gal to flush with?
Also, my tap water pH is around 7,5, should I pH my water to around 6? Or does it not really matter as all the nutrients are flushed anyway, and if the pH basically is done to ensure nutrient uptake it's futile? Or should I just pH the last 3 gal of water maybe?

Actually looking at my pics at those places I also see some amber so that's still ok I guess :-)

Give them a couple days of dark and chop in the morning time.

Question about dark.... if you put the tent into total blackout for a 24/48 hr period and have another plant in the tent that isn’t ready for a few more weeks would that affect that unfinished plant a lot?

She is hopefully not very long from harvest now. I flushed her again on the 11th, with tap water (approx 7,5 pH).
She hasn't dried up entirely all in the bottom, but I'm going to be away the next two days, so I'm wondering if I should water her again today or let her get extra dry before watering again when I get home?

Also, @Pennywise about above question regarding a dark period prior to chop, not sure what you mean about morning time? Another thing, should I chop her when she is dried out or when she's had a little refreshment? My instinct would be when she's had a drink so that the buds don't dry too fast when they get hung upside down. Does that make sense?2018-12-14 21.10.58.jpg2018-12-14 21.11.28.jpg2018-12-14 21.12.14.jpg

Yea it will take a little extra time for it to dry if you water right before chop. Morning = lights on, my bad! Lol
Ah cool thanks Penny :-)
I think I'll let her be thirsty over the weekend and then water on Sunday afternoon again and see how she is, and then make a decision on when to start a dark period (and just water prior to the extended dark period before the chop)
