Day 61 flowering
Time for another update and of course questions
First off, I've been saying a few times lately, that I wasn't really sure if the trichomes were clear or milky, but today I definitely saw the first amber ones, so I guess they must be milky then.... right?
Amber trichs on the sugar leaf in the middle with the browned tip.
However, and I might be paranoid here, but I think maybe I see hermie signs all over the plant now.
Is it just me or???
Being this far into flowering, even if it is going hermie, is there anything to do?
I'm considering just doing a flush right here and now and give it a week, maybe two and then harvest.
She's got at LOT of brown leaves and some dry tips on a handful of flowers too.
What to do?
Ok thanks PennyIf you see amber I would start your flush if you lan to do that.
So basically just skip the nutes and water without too much run off?I wouldn't run that much water through it, just water with 7.5 ph and let nature work for you.
Thanks DutchDon’t look at sugar leaves for the trichome checking. Your wanting to look at the “calyx” on the buds where the little pistils are coming from that will give you the best results for how ripe you buds are!
Ok cool. And if you'd have to guesstimate harvest time? Between one or two weeks maybe (which would mean 2-4 waterings until then)?Yep that's what I would do.
Ok great! That should be long enough, make sure the calyx are ready and not just the sugar leaves.
Give them a couple days of dark and chop in the morning time.
When you say chop in the morning time, do you mean, after 24/48 hrs dark, turn or the light for a few hours and then chop?Give them a couple days of dark and chop in the morning time.
Ah cool thanks PennyYea it will take a little extra time for it to dry if you water right before chop. Morning = lights on, my bad! Lol
