Od recommend just using it to start the plants before switching them to outside. The light inst powerful enough for any meaningful buds

Ok, when the weather gets warm ill keep em outside ( white widow x3)

Keep them in the window still during the day, even cloudy, you get alot more light to grow better

Ok so my seeds just came in (pineapple chunk)

I only want to grow one plant this summer (outdoors) but I want to start it off inside. I recently purchased x2 Philips 16w LED full spectrum grow lights ( par38 bulbs) would this be enough sufficient lights to keep it growing/veg so that when it comes spring I can transplant it outside??
Any advice would be so helpful

full spectrum lights are what you want, so you should be solid.
