Thats what I thought, but he makes some good points in the video. I've done it due to build up using the same soil over and over again . My soil is going on 4 yrs old things started the slow and I wondered why, but I understand now for inside grows. But for outside soil, because of the rain, sodium's and chlorides and to much and out of balance nutrients, things will leach away but not so much indoors.

It made a BIG difference for the better! The only way to tell is a soil test 👍

More than a few folks run HPS in the winter for the heat they put out!

Im thinking i should be to ,well my LEC's they are more of a mixed spectrum 4300k i think DE 630 they put out good light and some heat its cheaper that way than to run the space heater

Supposed to be 40 by Tuesday HOLY CRAP from -10f to 40+f and rain,wtf???

I'm glad i got alot of that snow off the roof its gonna be a MESS!
 
My wife is going to New Orleans and it's supposed to be a high of 40. Crazy!

I cranked my LED driver in the tent and turned off the oil filled heater. If I'm going to use electricity to heat the tent better to do it where it's needed. Harder in an open space like yours.

Yeah man!! Well hope your wife has a safe trip!

I have the walls insulated down there but i only heat the grow not the whole basement, but it is what it is and it'll be over soon !
Most of my overhead is electric for heat in the winter and in the summer fans once i don't need either one so much itll be inexpensive per round, and I'm fixing to get 1 more LED here in a couple weeks they'll be perfect for summer!
I like outside growing but im afraid of getting ripped off I don't have as many BIG trees around here as @Absorber has at his area 🤣🤣 a few cedars, that's about it and they'd be a bitch to climb especially with water🤣🤣 I'm to old for that shit anymore,but maybe i can ask to borrow Absorber's sky hook🤣🤣🤣

We didn't get dumped on, only about 5 inches.

But it's cold as a mutha'. As Letterman once said, squirrels have been seen sitting around campfires warming their nuts. 😁
