Help with identifying a possible problem

Hi all

Newbie here.

Trying to grow them as a personal experiment outside here in sunny FL.

Initially had leaf miners which i seemed to have overcome via a diluted spray of murphys soap oil

However the one plant has started to develop what looks like a mushy type leaf right at the top

Should i give them another spray of murphys?

Any advice would be appreciated

Also on several leaves there are very small holes you can just seem them in the pics

We need some more info please.

Strain, soil or hydro, pH, PPM, nutrients, temp, humidity etc.

Just looks like pest damage to me, probably just chop that section off
