hello i am a complete beginner i grow it in soil biobizz light mix outdoor with biogrow biobloom fertilizers and rootjuice it behaves healthy even though i didn't put it in good doses because i didn't know .. (sorry for my bad english

I think the plant looks good overall. Many people give small doses of nutrients to autos with great success.
I grow with supersoil so water is all that’s needed. You should check it out.

the problem is this white spot that can be mold or anything else ....

Plants aren't perfect. Sometimes they have spots. Unless they spread, or your plant starts looking unhealthy I wouldn't worry. Your plant looks good. Let her grow and keep an eye on her.
