I feel your pain...I lost 6-8 large plants last fall due to bud rot (botrytis)...it spreads like wildfire and I was in a greenhouse. I ended up spraying all the infected areas (after I removed all the rot I could see) with hydrogen peroxide....it slowed the rot but I had to pull them all early. Wish there was a better solution....

Yes, it can happen, but at this point, you should not worry. You should clean your grow area well, cut out all the mold in an effort to rid it from your room, and correct your humidity problem.

Deep breath then harvest mold will not go away or cease to grow once it starts it keeps going.
Mold is another term for death in cannabis.
And its a potential to do lung damage or infection just breathing its spores.
