Help identifying bug

I have been spraying I'm using lost coast and have an outdoor grow.. it looks like it's dead but really want to know what it is. Any help really appreciated..
That there is a sugar leave by the way after first reply it got me to take a closer look and zoom in the pic and now I have another question what are the green circles all around not covered by trichomes? And that black round thing?

I should of took more pics.. I forgot to add that it's prob close to 1000x magnification there.. it is barley noticable with the naked eye

that thing looks like a pest though
