Thanks for your towel tip I prolly could’ve put it to good use a couple of months ago or even last month. Change is in the air in the land of Lincoln. No more upper 90s or even 80s. Looking like upper 70s to low 80s for the rest of the month.

I used the black carbon filter two ways.Did you use anything else?
Very curious where do we acquire such alien technology?I used the black carbon filter two ways.
For the square ducts, I cut a piece twice the size, folded it over, and sealed the edges with duct tape. Then I attached velcro all around. I can take these on or off any square vent on any of the tents.
For the round ducts, I took a cut a piece of duct about 4-6". I duct taped a piece of filter over one side of the duct, then snug the duct in the tent. It makes a really nice passive intake.
I also use this for my active intake.
This helps with two things. First of all, it helps filter all air coming into the tent. I have to vacuum these at least monthly or they start clogging up. You can see on the pictures above they're about ready to be cleaned.
They also help filter the light coming in/out of the tent. I took a picture of the tent in a mostly dark room. It actually looks brighter in the picture. It is probably not brighter than moonlight, and I have no problem having tents in different stages in the same room. If course, my tents are in a dark basement. Not sure if it would be enough if the room were bright.
Ideal m8 looks like it works fine. Great ideaI used the black carbon filter two ways.
