Well in reality it is less than half an inch... does that help? This pic have me some really wild giant ant dreams.
Are you married to these "issues"? Or is this something other than a euphemism for Mr. Hybrid? Lol.I had some ‘issues’ to contend with
LOL!Are you married to these "issues"? Or is this something other than a euphemism for Mr. Hybrid? Lol.
Yes, he was the issue I had to contend with. And again yesterday! Hopefully it’s resolved enough to get me through these next three harvests! Are you married to these "issues"? Or is this something other than a euphemism for Mr. Hybrid? Lol.
I'm going through the same.... It's so very tiresome. I do 99% of the growing, he does 1000% of the complaining. I may tell him I'm sorry that I'm no good at growing. I should probably sell my set up and go back to buying "awsome" street weed.Yes, he was the issue I had to contend with. And again yesterday! It really is tiresome. I literally have no other hobbies. He has several that are out of the house activities. But he gets all bent when I need to harvest and god forbid he has to take care of the kids alone one night. I’m so over it it makes me want to stop growing too. Maybe once we have some that’s done curing and he doesn’t have to buy it, he’ll change his tune. It sucks. Lol, I may have to tell his mom on him, because she’s super supportive of it and she knows I have no life. I know she’d be on my sideI'm going through the same.... It's so very tiresome. It’s just so ridiculous that I have to even consider calling his mommy! Lol! He’s a great dad and he loves being with the boys, I don’t know what his deal is. My instincts say it’s something deeper than growing. I think it’s a more convenient thing to complain about than what’s really bothering him. I’ll overthink on it for a while.Always good to have the MIL card in reserve .
I love when fathers call taking care of their kids "babysitting." Gets my goat!
He should be thrilled you have an in-the-house hobby and not a bowling league/softball/drummer in a rock band hobby...
Singerdrummerin a rock band
You always help out with a laugh when I need it! Thanks Mr. S!Is it a mens league or mixed? I know I'm not helping, but I love slo-pitch!
Oooooh weeeee! Love me some Jack!As you all may know, I had some ‘issues’ to contend with, so let’s go back in time a few days to Sunday night. Jack Herer auto #2 and her last day in the dirt.
Day 78
Happily hanging in the dry box. Really looking forward to trying this one after @Preston9mm has talked it up! Hopefully I didn’t harvest too early and it won’t be too racy, I did not like the racy jack wreck we bought.
On a side note, I have this box of sugar leaf trimmings from the last two or three harvests.
What are some ideas for using this? I’m thinking of using it for canna creamer? Maybe a couple of joints? Would it be really harsh in a joint? Because I do not want that.
Be back soon with a BBK update, until then Happy Gardening!
Oh good, then I can play drums!Singer
Wow, yes those are impressive to say the least! I’ll give his journal a run through. Thanks ShedNice Saugaview! Looks healthy and frosty and fat.
I'm going to plug Retrix's soil so you have some choices. His was just three ingredients:
Build-a-soil is found here.
- 2 CU ft of Fox Farm Happy frog.
- 2 Cups of build-a-soil Craft Blend Nutrient pack
- 4 Cups of build-a-soil Mineral Kit for Peatmoss.
His plants are here:

Feel free to stop by and ask him how it's going. It's one of the simplest organic soils I've seen. @RETRIX can fill you in on the details.
Ok, cool. I’ll look at his and shop around a bit. Which am I more of: lazy? cheap? Hmmm, that’s a tough one! There absolutely is, but shipping can get steep. That's why Retrix got the basic FFHF from a local source and added some amendments (much cheaper to ship) and called it a day!
