Update!

so almost all have reached 12-13 inches and i have been lolli-popping all lower branches only ever leaving 5-6 branches to receive all available nutes.

i plan on flipping soon so i want to stop stressing them out for at least a week before flipping so they can concentrate on making big beautiful buds, so i super-cropped today.

my method is to pinch the stalk above the bottom third or fourth internode and slowly bending them over careful not to snap it, (though if you do, dont worry it will recover.) i also bend them over in a direction where there are no branches then i cut off the first branch above the bend since it will be in the way later...

Great job with the supercropping HK, If I close my eyes, I can imagine what they'll look with a sea of huge buds on top!
 
just beautiful....are you using or going to use kushy kush on them? i do, it really works...best bubbas ever...but still having trouble with the l.a. conf...finally did get them growing again tho....great job...L:cheertwo::cheertwo:
 
Flipping!

tonight is the transition into flower and it all begins with 30 hrs of dark...

these girls have been vegging 24/7 and are about to get a "reset" with 30 hours of dark. lights went out at 12:00 am and will come on again at 6:00 am on tuesday. right now they are all right around 12" tall and after the 30 hours of dark they will grow/stretch up to 3.5" taller than they are now. ive done this method with pretty much every grow i have done and i believe it is very effective.

lots of pics for you to see how they have been doing after being super-cropped. they have a palm tree look from being bent and manipulated to grow outward more instead of upward.

so right out the gate in flower im starting with the 1000 watt HPS but at 2.5 ft above canopy so as not to give em light poisoning right off the bat. i will slowly lower it to 18-20" above canopy over the course of the next week. :blunt:

Flowering!

well these bitches are officially in flower now. its been 30 hours of dark and the lights just kicked off after their first 12 hour period. lots of new growth during the dark period. cant be sure of the amount of growth in inches since these girls are growing out instead of up...

all the lighter colored green in these girls is new growth...

:blunt::popcorn: Damn nice grow going on. I'll be watching this kush show. I'm under a week for chopping a nice Burmese Kush I have.
Very interested in how your Pure Kush grows out.

Well its been about 4 days now since the flip and they are growing strong...

as you can see in the last pic i had to keep the bent part from growing taller than the rest of the plant and i went with the zip-ties to hold her in place... :)

Very Sexy Bitches you have there I hope to see more soon. I will be using some of these techniques I see that you do I like the 30 hours of dark. I have never tried that, and I see how well they looked for you much thanks for the tips. :bravo:
