Now that these girls are starting to bud up, I’ve added a California Lightworks UVB supplemental, currently running 30 mins in the start of the day and 30 mins at the end of the day. This is to boost trichome production as trichomes are the plants defense mechanism to protect it’s flowers from harmful UV rays. I also added 2x 660 nm deep red supplemental lights to help with flowering set to 12/12. These lights will help the plant wake up and fall asleep faster from studies I’ve read. It will also help grow bigger & denser flowers.

Yes, usually not this early, but I always try to defoliate my girls to maximize light penetration.

I was a little surprised at the volume you removed is all.
Some people have success when defoling.
I've never been a huge fan personally.
