I've made gummies a few times, but after a few weeks they end up either rock hard or moldy. Haven't tried in a while because of it.
Anyone have a recipe that won't end up being a waste?
Maybe some pointers on what I've been doing wrong?

I keep mine in the freezer they never mold and stay fresh
