re: Growing In The Pond & Keeping My Head Above Water

LOL thank you all for all the good words, offers and just general prattle:)
much tears are on for the day.
My wife has her Niece flying up in the morning so she has someone to ride with down south. I'm going to hang here so the boy can find a home before I join her. and selfish as it may sound, wait for my current grow to finish. Thats not a for sure by no means:)
What is for sure is that my wife and I aren't going to be together for the first time in many years (not liking it)
Also the fact that we both will be leaving friends that we have had for 30years is killing me and her not to mention the Brand New Grandbaby,My daughter or my son.
Geewillikers this is about the most scared uncertain and F'ed up thing I have done since I hitched across the states and that was just me to deal with. LOL
Worst part is I hate it down there a lot
Anyway Happy Weednesday :420:

I lived down south all my life. If I had to move up north you might as well
bury me. I cant stand the cold lol. Trust me if your going to FL. you will meet a bunch of northeners down there.

Hi fishy.....man, what can I say? You are a bit old to pick up and move your life to somewhere else and that else is where you do not want to be. Think good thoughts. You might get down there and find a place where you can grow and live in peace. Who knows whats coming, Brother it might even be something really good. Maybe better than you ever dreamed of. AND.....you will still have us!:bravo::ganjamon:

WildBill, I had an Uncle on my mothers side, they were Sicilian. He was in WWII and was a survivor of the Bataan death march and subsequent years of torture and imprisonment by the Japanese in the Philippines. Well long story short, my family is from Connecticut, but because of his years in an extremely hot and humid environment, he couldn't live anywhere else in the US but Miami Florida, which he called home for 70 years before he died. So I get your deal about acclimating from one climate to the other.

Good Weed my Uncle Grandpaw Fish! Hoping everything is okay with you personally. I missed a couple pages yesterday because of a project, and then moving. Please be well my friend and give my kindest regards to the rest of your family, especially the 21" one!!! Oh by the way, I'm not kidding about one day shaking that hand of yours and you need only ask and I'll be there to help move. I may be 45, but I'm still a big 6'2" 230lb strapping boy that can pull some weight lol!

Ahhhh, well that is good, I got busted there once with half an oz and when cop said felony 2-9 years I about fainted.

A seed used to be a felony here. I have heard so many horror stories of folks from California coming to Vegas only to be busted for a joint or smaller. In California before the big legalize weed push, the cops would take your weed and tell you to scram. A far cry from Nevada's arcane laws. Hookers and gambling is ok but don't you dare smoke a plant!

What up Fish? Hope your mind is getting some rest. I know the feeling of an 'uprooting'. No Bueno. It will be ok. Whenever you start dreading the move, thank of this:
The farther south you go, the less the girls wear. :)

That reminds me of a time , k was like 16 and my half sister was 12, we were playing Trivial Pursuit, and I asked my sister what the smallest state was, and she said Martha's Vineyard lol! Just reminded me of a childhood memory, no disrespect intended.
