You want the flux ends pointing up to the light so you can open up the growing tips early to produce more nodes. These node points are what you grow out to become limbs.
Nope lol, just readjust the tethers so they're further along. This lets the ends sit up facing light and lets you start opening up the tips. You have to generate tight nodes along the main flux arms, so you get plenty of arms for budsites.

Now let the ends turn up to face the light and let them sit like that for a while. All the time as often as you can open the young tip foliage up at the main ends of flux arms. We need to tighten up the node spacing for you
i hope this helps a little. i believe this is what LA was recommending to do. if not, then i still have yet to learn what fluxing is my self but i did just learn that many terms i have been using i was not using the proper styles.
