How many days into flower are you?

Well I count from pistols not flip so I am 2 weeks in on these ladies

That's funny, I'm in the same spot lol.. In multiple ways...my 5x5 seemed too big when I got it. 5x5 getting crowded now and I dont even have the volume In there that i expected to hold (4-6 plants).lol and also our girls being 1.5 weeks into flower. looking great bignugz and that light... wow.
P.s. I dont understand why there is no base or standard for counting days.. Or have I just missed it..
I count days as they happen..lol my girls are 76 days old from the day I put them in germination. I feel like, choosing when to start counting, makes flower times of a strain 100% based on the grower growing.. Ya know.. You could shave weeks off every cycle like that.. And then I'm thinking its a 6 week veg.. But the plant had been in a prop. Chamber in a solo cup for a month before "they started counting veg"
what am I not getting here? Not saying you do that bignugz just something I see and dont understand.. Please help I feel stupid. There has to be a piece I dont understand..

I kinda switched things around due to a fair review of a light is from seed to harvest so all my ladies in early veg are now under GROWant G5 HIPAR pro series so they are now over my veg/autos room and DAM I COULDNT BE HAPPIER in one night I notice healthier leaves and better growth it's crazy what ONE night can do

look how happy they all look i seriously think I am in love with these lights yea buddy

I personally don't count weeks Bc I just don't care to I would rather check trichs and then I know when she is done I can tell you these are mother plants in all the flower pics and germ in feb and flipped 2.5 weeks ago and cut over 50 clones total I recently cut 22 for a SOG, but all that matters to me is finished product not days counted Bc it won't help me get them
Done faster I have envirmental in check I have Lights and Co2 in check so now it's just a waiting game and staying on top of your ladies and listening to them

Ok so there are 2 reasons I count..
1. because its cool to know their age..and people always ask.
2. For future grow purposes and tent and strain timing.. So if my count is wrong or innacurate then it would mess up my timing on my future perpetual.. See what I mean.
I'm not counting DOWN to harvest(like waiting for set number of days to pass) I'm counting UP to harvest.(wondering how many days it took).. I will harvest when my plants are ready, not by a date. But I'm still curious as to the time spent on that grow..
So I understand that weeks and days dont matter to you, but for the ppl it does matter to. I cant seem to find out why they all count funny..
Example: 2 ppl time a race..
One guy starts counting when he feels like the race started ..the other guy counts from go.. You will have 2 different times.. If you were to ever look back you wouldnt know what time was accurate..see what I'm saying.
But ya my environment is stable a.f. too I'm just watching now as well. Cant you tell I'm all over everyone's journal..hahaha

I count from the flip. In reality it doesn't matter because it's just a help to myself to know how far we are from harvest.

When you have grown the same strains several rounds you can plan these things pretty accurate. For example big bud and pure power plant is scheduled to be harvested 17th this month while white widow won't be ready until the 27th

O.m.g. I think it just hit me. I'm so retarded...
In a perpetual your tents are set.. So you are only counting veg time(time spent in veg tent) and flower time..(time spent in fliwer tent) because not everyone starts from seed.. Clones and revegs. All sit in a "seedling tent" until there is room in the veg... So counting that time doesnt matter...it would be so crazy hard to keep track of every plant a actual age..

It's really cool to be able to program sunrise/sunset and adjust the spectrums. My very first LED had these functions as well. But they were somewhat buggy. This is a few years ago. What this company did was to replace the remote control with vegg and bloom buttons in their next version of the lamp. I still prefer the first edition despite of the bugs as i found workarounds for them
