Grow Journal #1

Yeah I've been weighing decisions out Alli can think of is next feed I'll use 5 grams instead of 3. I don't really want to increase frequency. I think the soil needs days to absorb those nutes. So Sunday I'll increase.
Yes I would stick to your watering schedule but just up the amount of feed, I'd be tempted to try 4 grams and see what happens before jumping up to 5 grams.
Definitely don't want to harm those beautiful ladies.

This is the one with 3 or 4 yellow leaves
Maybe the tiniest bit of tip burn but you would get away with a little more feed.
If you look at most people's plants they have a few yellow lower leaves in flower.
They are just taking what they need from those lower leaves.

So I've been playing with my dry tents humidity. Managed to get it to 78ish temp and 60ish humidity. This is with my 3 little basil, rosemary, and oregano seeds in there. Is this a good climate for a slow dry? 7days?

Don't take this as gospel but from my research 60-65 Rh is ideal.
I think slightly lower temps than 78 but I can't see 78 being a problem at all.
Thanks. I just read a post where a guy is using a cooler, with a bunch of frozen mini coolers inside. He's venting the air straight to his tent. I may utilize this as I've got some weeks left until I hang..

I saw that, looks like a great idea.
Good idea getting everything set up and tested ready for your harvest.
By the looks of things you will be hanging a good amount of buds when the time comes.

Yeah I'm trying my best to prepare. I live with my mom she loves the veggies so I grow them for her plus they smell great. I hear they're good for keeping little critters away too?

That’s not bad conditions at all. I struggle with humidity and rarely can get to 40.

just wanted you to know your ideal target.

you’ve done great
Thanks bro yeah here in Florida even in January it's wet and humid. It rained all last night and it'll be warm today. We've had no freeze this year. Pollen everywhere, very swamp like.

:ciao:
Hope you don't mind me dropping by unannounced!
Here's a great chart to dial in your RH and temps, known as Vapor Pressure Deficit, or VPD!

It gives you an idea of what to shoot for ideally.

Thanks yes I've seen it around, gonna save it this time. What do you make of this? Concentrated directly under the center of my new light. I raised the light just now. No bugs or anything.

What do you make of this?

When you get a chance take some pics of the whole plants in natural lighting or with a flash so we can see the colors. Where's the damage?Only the top? The bottom's OK? My initial thought is Ca def and could be for a variety of reasons.

I was thinking Cal mag possibly. Top of plant. I also had the oscillating fan right next to that area. This is best I can do with pics

OK, so if those spots are brown then yes it's a Ca def. It doesn't look like fan/wind damage. So it looks like you are feeding 3g per gallon right now and should be at 6ish. Bring it up right away to 6g/gal. You wont have any problems and your plants will start to look better within a couple of days. They are hungry and demanding more and they will take it.
