I agree with the paint v. foil. Also, I have 2 of the PC fans in my closet and they make noise through the walls so I run my AC 24/7 to justify the noise. Also, I would suggest to put the 18" riser on the ceiling and put the power source up there in the event of a possible spill. I realize this would mean remounting the lights, but at the risk of saving your home from a possible fire, would be worth the extra efforts. All in all though, very good build!
