Nice job. Happy girls.Well transplants have successfully made it through the night! Blue is still not fanning up all the way and her coty leaves are yellow and gonna fall off soon but she seems relatively happy with the move and just needs more of an adjustment time than her once runted sister, Bubblegum.
I moved the lights around a little bit to direct more light towards the back of the tent now that I had to shuffle all of the 6 around in their 3 gallons. May have to add something in there...luckily my non better better half (lol) is an electrician and will build me whatever components I need.
My 3 week olds seemed to have had a slight uneven watering around the sides of the pots so I remedied that. Nothing else to touch upon right now...
Saluti tutti!
I did know that. I am trimming two right now. Very sticky.G-13 Focus:
Did you know???
-This strain is otherwise known as, Government Indica Strain #1.
-It is said to be a strain you should try at least once in your life
-Center of many government mind control stories dating back to the late 60s
-Legend has it the lab tech that eventually leaked this incredibly powerful strain into the mainstream smoking world was named Neville Schoenmaker. He is said to have persuaded a rebel scientist to sneak out a cutting of this high-yielding and easy to grow super strain sometime in the 1980s
-G-13 loves to eat! You don't want to skimp her on nutrients, give this plant a little extra something something each feed
Hope at least one person has gained a new wrinkle in their brain now (another urban legend is that you gain a wrinkle in your brain every time you learn something new-hogwash clearly but fun to say).
Here's G today, the lone pheno in a tent full of autos. I'm thinking of letting her veg as long as I can and then having her be the one that moves into a tent with Ammy during her final days. No need to worry about the logistics of that move right now though.
Salute.
Hurray. Sticky is my favoriteI did know that. I am trimming two right now. Very sticky.
Yes, they eat a lot and take their time finishing.
Si e molto bellissimo!! Lmao thank you. Girls do it all on their own mostlyNice job. Happy girls.
You have an electrician at home? Sei fortunata.
Salute
I’ve actually seen it rain acid rain from the humidity and mess my reservoir up. I’m not running 1500 ppm this round . Cut it in half and no sweat but I have a much bigger space not a 5’x5’ tent . The entrance door is vented . I but a box fan outside the door that comes on every two hours for 15 minutes to pull in some fresh air .Well after troubleshooting some issues that have been arising the last several days, I figured it out...
These girls need fresh oxygen!!!
They're sitting in a CO2 tent basically unless I open the tent and get some air in. This is causing me a bunch of issues now.
I have been running this veg tent waiting on an in line blower and duct system that has yet to come...that's what I get from not ordering from Amazon....smh...had to go on and cancel my pending order and then go on my Amazon account and get a Prime 2 day delivery for another system.
I have seen some wilting and discolored leaves, girls are not accepting the nutrients they are getting because photosynthesis can't happen without the O2 component!! They will stifle, droop, rot, etc etc..
This morning I had to take some clippers to a few of AK and BC #1 Rd 2's fan leaves and some wilted heavily discolored leaves under neath under AK.
Releasing CO2 which can't escape results in a bunch of excess humidity. That along with no continual fresh circulation of air, is a recipe for DISASTER! They can't absorb nutrients which gives them problem after problem; they will be more susceptible to root rot and mold; soil stays too damp and then they can't breathe because they never get a dry enough dry period. They will DIE!
I could keep giving them all the nutrients in the world but they wouldn't be able to break them down.
I would still be swimming in a sea of nutrient deficiencies and then a sea of over watering, if I didn't act on this immediately.
Nothing can happen here other than kill my plants if I don't keep this zipper open and my AC on until the ventilation system gets here.
Until the system comes Thursday, I will have to keep the tent open and I will have to turn the AC on during the day (which I obviously already did).
NJ though, cool at nights now and the grow room is an addition we made that didn't get added onto the central air system. I have no AC in that room other than a standing unit (amazing AC actually) so I've been having to run that as summer progressed.
To boot, it has radiant heat, so at night now, I've had to keep it set to 65 for the tents. Now that fall is coming, nights are cooler here, I may have to adjust that room temperature tonight to 70 just so I don't shock my already in need of cares.
I know that some people look at the plants and think eh, they aren't that bad but man I see it on the horizon. I said it before and you can continue to think I'm nuts but, I feel them and they were asking me for help and I overlooked the obvious.....What a shitty mom
HOW DID I OVERLOOK THIS:
First time around, they were under a table not in the tent!! All conditions were the same besides that! When I realized the fault in my ways and growers blindness, I kicked myself! What a dumb ass! I'm over here thinking what in the hell did I do different this time and it was so glaringly obvious, I ran over to the tent, opened that zipper wide, apologized to them and turned on the AC for the day.
You know, you could look at the same thing 100x and 100x see if differently. Always have your eyes open, literally and figuratively.
Not a setback, just another learning experience!!!!!!!
HAPPY GROWING EVERYONE we may not be perfect all the time but we can always try perfect our imperfections.
I actually think that's what has been happening the last couple of days. Makes perfect sense, thank you for enlightening me with the similarities of past humidity issues you have had!!I’ve actually seen it rain acid rain from the humidity and mess my reservoir up. If you need a quick fix, the duct booster fans from Home depot work really well and are really cheap ( around $ 35).Well after troubleshooting some issues that have been arising the last several days, I figured it out...

Absolutely a good idea to have around just in case!! Thanks girl, I appreciate that info!! They seem to be responding well right now to the new "ventilation" lol also moved things around a bit temporarily. At least I have something to looks forward to on Amazon delivering other than baby wipes lolIf you need a quick fix, the duct booster fans from Home depot work really well and are really cheap ( around $ 35).
I use them in my tents if I don't need to use a carbon filter ( they will not pull air through one of those).
They are also good at supplementing inline fan if you have long duct work.
They work well for air intake too.
They come in 4, 6, 8".
It's just good having one around
