Hey man thanks for checkin out the grow brother! Thanks for the kind words. Thats cool that your familiar with the AK-47 strain. Anything you can tell me about it from your experience would be appreciated. As soon as I get a few minutes I will be sure to check out yer grow. Take it easy.

Bro you're in for a treat if you're not familiar with AK47. It's one of the most potent strains out there. The high has a delay, which is unique to this strain. After you smoke it you'll be like hmm.. I dont feel much.. and then Wham, you're high as a kite! A true "soaring" high. The high lasts a good 3hours for me and I smoke a ton of dank. AK47 is great for pain relief and I find it's good for anxiety. Cant wait to watch em grow up, they're really pretty plants in full bloom.

hows the quality of the materials? price is like $10 cheaper than what I paid for my not very reflective Homebox. I bought a mylar lined one that looks like it was manufactured by the same people as yours, but its smaller, and its much thinner and lower quality than the Homebox, but much much more reflective.

Hey 420Train, I am mostly pleased with the quality. Its a good tent. The canvas/mylar seems thick and rugged. The zippers are pretty heavy duty. Lots of vents and such. I am not impressed with the light hangers. They are a little flimsy and sag with the light hanging. I really can't compare it to others I have never seen any others in real life. Overall though I am happy with it.

Thanks MH, the setup is getting a little better as I go. My next task is to create an odor-control solution. And make sure I have good venting etc. Can't wait to see some Budlets!! The girls are in the tent for their 30hrs of darkness and its very hard not to peek in at them...Hope they are ok!!

Thanks Sonzor!! I know what you mean. I was so excited for the tent. I have a whole basement to myself but thats a lot of atmosphere to manage. I think with the tent I can dial-in my temps and humids more and also control odor. They have a lovely mild smell right now but I can imagine it stinking up the whole house hehe.

Hey my man, yep sounds like the AK is a real winner!! Thanks for the kind words. I had to bust my arse to get everything moved into the tent. Took more work than I thought hehe. But it was fun, and of course, I was heezy as hell! (hey mebbe thats why it took so long)...At least there were no major mishaps! Thanks for sticking with me here man. Cya!

For that weak light hanger, could you brace it by putting a dowel or something stronger across and tie it on with nylon ties or electrical/duct tape? Just a thought.

Right on dude, see thats the thing the frame looks exactly the same but the vent holes are a little bit different - the vent flaps are the same - yours is probably higher quality than my cheap lil one.

Thanks MI this one was $140.00 with shipping. 48x48x78. Not bad. Of course DIY is good but I am lazy. I thought of putting up some black plastic and other ways of doing an enclosure. This was just easiest.

Man I hope your right WP, I would love to see that happen with my gals! I was counting tops and I have about 30 tops that are more or less equal height. I hope they all grow fat nugs for daddy!

Sup Butcher?! I did think about it a lot. I decided to just try SoG with tying on this grow. I may then try SCRoG on my next grow to get a comparison. Thanks for the suggestion.

Thanks Joe. You're right the tent has improved my temps and humids already by just sticking the plants in there. I am still gathering the temps and humids in different states and times. (lights on/lights off, fan on/off etc) I will use that info to try and dial-in the best temp/humid ratio for the gals.

Thanks BassBong. I have been lucky up to this point. No major mishaps ('cept for leaving out a drip tube hehe). I am certainly hoping my luck holds. I think from what I have read the veg stage is fairly easy. The budding phase seems to hold a lot of potential for bad sh!t to happen. So here's me keeping my fingers crossed!
