GrizzWalds - Aussie Indoor/Outdoor - Choose Your Own Adventure

Yeah that's what it says..I'm kinda lost on how this is fast, lol.. I better take a better look at genetics but I think it was black domina which flowers in same time anyway, lol... Don't they know this shit hurts stoners brains

Joke stolen... like a thief in the night. I'll spread it around a bit for ya. I may get slapped... but it will have been well earned.

ill say sorry now...

That's you Tead, lol... :passitleft: how's things man?

Busy busy... I forget how active things become when the world warms up. It's a touch like watching an anthill come to life when you poke it. Plus, one of the largest music events in our country is occurring almost on my front porch this weekend and next. It's a bit crazy when literally 1/2 a million people show up in your normally quiet and mellow neighborhood!

That'd be bloody awesome though.. Free music in your bedroom, lol... What acts there?... Best time of year, once sun shines again. Smiles come on people's faces too.. I just filled firewood shed today, getting ready to get busy resting, lol...

Yup... we're on the flipside of the coin. Our hibernation has ended and the brief period betwixt too cold and too hot is in place.
So, there like 8 different stages that the acts occur on. I get to really enjoy the nearest one from my front porch. So far, I've heard Grace Potter, Cowboy Mouth, Tab Benoit, and Van Morrison. Those are just the ones I stopped to listen to. The days are filled from 11am to 7pm-ish with music. I hope to catch Amanda Shaw today.... Elvis Costello hits my stage next weekend.
It's a fun party with good music, but does tend to lead to plenty of drunken idiots roaming about and no parking spots for miles.

I love American music festivals.. You all have people that could headline their own shows in Australia, playing the side stage, lol..

It's become huge and overwhelming. It was quaint and cool years ago. I can remember passing bottles of liquor around Cowboy Mouth concerts at Jazzfest many years ago. Cowboy Mouth used to hit the stage with cases of locally made liquor.... it was outrageously fun. Then, for many years, it was somewhat less raucous with a bit of a generally older crowd. Nowadays it's just a big mega musicfest with a per-capita douche-bag rate just slightly higher than my tolerance level.

A side bonus is the musical acts is brings to town. In a town where every bar has a stage, you can imagine the fun. You can sometimes catch amazing things. Many years ago I caught Paul Simon in a piano bar... just a random run in... apparently he felt inclined to play and sing while he was visiting a small old bar at the far end of the French Qtr. There may have been 40 or 50 folks in a very amazed audience. I've ruin into lots of musical personalities at my local watering hole(s). Still waiting for Willie Nelson to show up on my back porch to share a bowl tho.

Tead sees Paul Simon in a small baR.. Rich folks struggle to pay ticket prices in Australia when he tours, lol..... I did see Bo Didley in a small bar in Richmond, an unannounced performance.. Rolling Stones rather Mick jagger, is known to play unannounced pub gigs when they tour. Imagine trying to tell your mates that the next day, lol....

Its hard not comparing and feeling inferior , lol. Look straight ahead and slightly up, not down and to the side

It's those damn aussie genes making you so competitive. Hahahaha!!!

If it's any consolation Grizz... I win! :cheesygrinsmiley::cheesygrinsmiley::rofl:

I'm definitely just pulling your leg bud. :thumb:

:blalol: true true, on all accounts

When will you be starting the next round Grizz, or is it too soon to tell?

I'm popping some seeds at any stage, just not sure what to do. I'm going into soil, not sure if I should chance sour d and tutankhmon or do some freebies to see what changes I'll need to make.... How about you? Sour d are freebies, but they expensive freebies
