I'd love to move north. I'd even take Merimbula at the moment, lol.. Somewhere between Newcastle and Gympie would suite me. Big area, there must be a nice quiet cheap hill somewhere..... Magic here today and one of the coldest night we've had.. Didn't keep the fire going and got it going late, house is freaking freezing. I've got a beanie on..

I love Merimbula but not in Winter time.Around Coffs would be nice.Best of both worlds but can get some heavy storms come summer
 
used to go to Merimbula for holidays.. One of the restaurants there has the best bug meat pasta I've ever eaten.. If it was 10 hours closer I'd drive there to get it, lol..

inland north nsw cheap too, ive just been searching 'houses on acreage' on google will take you to realestate .com , only need a 10percent deposit snd then the repayments on a 200'000 loan are roughly 200 per week ,its cheaper than rent
 
Costing me $600 a week now to buy a house in a joint I don't want to live in, lol.. At the point now where everything I pay comes off the loan, those first six years feel like your getting nowhere.. Good watching it drop now, lol...
 
I gotta sell up, this is bullshit..
