askin knows what he's talking about. Cream has the most fat and is easier to use but if you don't have any half/half works and if not that milk. It just needs that fat to absorb the thc from the greens
Like Payne, I used milk. I tried using coffee creamer the first time I was out of milk, but it was low fat. It worked, tasted nasty, but it worked. Not as strong of an effect as the milk either. Both seemed to be a pretty mild effect to me though, which I enjoyed! I'd do like Payne suggests and throw in a green tea bag for some flavor! My recipe didn't call for that, but I added it.
