Green Mountain Girl's 1st Grow

Looking most excellent. Happy healthy is always good.

Looks like you have your transplanting skills down. Good job.

You can remove the cover on your filter. Thats there for when its set up
as an intake inside the tent.

After a year or so you can take the filter and run hot was thru it in the bathtub then hose it off outside. That will clean out the inside and re-activate the carbon. Still have to do this even if it's running as an intake instead of out take. A lot of folks don't know this and throw out an expensive filter.
Hi bobrown. Do you mean run hot water through it and let it dry? I hate to get rid of these things and would love to reactivate it. Edit: I see you answered an earlier post. Thanks.

Well my work is done... for today. Three girls made it into the flower tent. Ten clones were taken between them. Only the strongest shall survive! Two of the three girls still in their one gallon bags got graduated to their new three gallon homes.
After all that was done it was time to put some seeds down. Six seeds from my crop king seeds auto mixed bag and two super lemon haze from 420. May the odds be in their favor.

The crown royales are moving along and look so frosty. They will be the stars of the flower tent and will have to showe the lower classmen how it’s done.

Thanks for stopping by @stoneotter ! The flower smells absolutely amazing. Like nothing I’ve ever experienced. I can’t believe I would love the smell of gasoline mixed with a slight BO scent so much hahaha! I’m ready to see what these Durban’s do. I’m a bit worried about head room at this point though. I’ve been reading that they will almost triple in height in flower. Wow!

Enjoying these smells is something not everyone loves. I enthusiastically waved a branch towards my sister last year and the smell nearly knocked her over. She didn't like it at all. I was in weed heaven. Go figure.

Hello green thumbers! I hope everyone has started out their week on the right foot. Mine was busy but went by quickly and for a Monday, I can’t ask for more than that.

This week is week 9 for the crown royales, week 2 for the Durbans and the Jamaican love goddess lol. The crown seems skinny for week 9 but the trics are all cloudy with about 15-20% Amber or turning. So I am going to listen to my gut and let those girls stay under the lights for another week to two weeks as I watch them closely to see what they do. The new girls to the tent are growing so strong! The 14 day mark is in 2 days and already budding up nicely. I can’t wait to watch these girls fill up! The northern light auto is doing her thing and budding up like crazy! All is well-ish dare I say in the flower tent.

Moving over to the veg tent....

The two white widows and one of the crown royales have been graduated to their final 5 gallon pots and as soon as the plants vacate the flower tent, these will gladly hit summer mode in the flower tent. Of all the autos I planted only one didn’t germinate and it was quickly replaced with another seed I put down which is a Cali OG kush/haze that’s also by CKS. The three sitting in the 3 gallon pots are two more crowns and one CAK/H. Those got a good trimming at the end of last week and some super cropping. They seem to be bouncing back really well from the stress. I’m pleased so far with how this 2nd grow is going. I’m also excited about doing some LST on these autos. I’ve never attempted it before but I am ready to start! I can’t wait to see the results!

I’m looking to go with dry admendments once my fox farms trio is finished. Anyone have any suggestions on who I should go with?

TGIF!
Hello gardeners! I hope your weekend has found you ready to spark up a fat one! I know mine has! Things have been busy in the garden this week. The white widows were cloned and set on their journey to the flower tent to join the Durban’s who just finished up week 3 of flower. Wow they stretched and are budding up like crazy. I gave them a light trimming getting some of her larger fan leaves out of the way. The northern light auto is doing its thing and now it’s a sit back and wait for it to swell kind of stage... I’m thinking another two- three weeks but we shall see....

The veg tent has gotten shifted around a bit to accommodate some new clones but there are three strong plants , two crowns and a cali og kush/haze and they are ready for their final five gallon homes. Seedlings are going great and I have about four that are thirty as hell and ready for their up potting as well.

I’ve seen some debate one whether I’ve missed my up potting window with the auto seedlings being three weeks old now in their solo cups. Any thoughts on that? They are working on their 4th nodes and most haven’t reached the point of consuming their water in 24 hours in their solo cups.... I don’t know that I’m convinced their roots are ready???

In the achievements of the week update... all three Crown Royales have been harvested, dried and are now curing! I was able to get some great trim for butter and they came weighing in at just about two ounces per plant! I couldn’t be more happy with this first ever photoperiod harvest! Thank you thank you thank you everyone for all of your help getting here! A special shout out to @Emilya for coming in at the beginning and taking me and this little garden and kicking us into shape! You’re knowledge has been a priceless gift!

Congratulations on the harvest. It's a good day. I lost track of your cali og kush/haze. Are they still alive?
Thank you! I only had one of the Cali OGs take during the germination stage and she’s a big girl now and about two weeks from getting transferred over to the flower tent! I went ahead and planted another seed and it took so I’m excited for these girls and the super lemon haze!

I mentioned it before, the cali are some super weed. I can't wait for you to try it out.
