Gratefulred Grow 2.0 Sonoran Desert

Is it cold out there at night? that'll do it...

Flipping the inside sativas to flower! I'll probably get them going inside and move two of them outside in a couple weeks.

I wouldn't- If it were an indoor plant, maybe...but outdoors the sun hits it from all the angles, so the fan leaves don't really get in the way- indoors, with a stationary light, the angle doesn't change, so if a leaf is blocking light- it keeps blocking it till you cut it off, or tuck it out of the way.

Wow! Since flipping to 12/12 the indoor ladies have been drinking a TON! Every couple days instead of every 5 or so. Have not experienced this with Autos. Thirsty! I take that to be a good sign.

Anything to worry about these ladies and some discoloration? Just life outside with various temp variations? They have been right on schedule with FF Nutes.

looks like they could use some more potassium. FInishing nutes, such as terpinator or purpinator could be used at this point, but I think they are just exceeding the indoor feeding recommendations from FF, being out there in that good sun. I would be tempted to feed them about 25% more.
Great - I'll try upping before putting our more cash for additional nutes.

meanwhile the ladies inside seem happy. I’ll keep three of those inside and try moving two outside. It is still about 12 hours of light outside. Is there an optimal time to do that in the flowering cycle? Get them going well inside first?

I haven't had a lot of success outside, and I am convinced now that the best way to approach this is to get well established plants from inside to place out there. They will much more easily deal with bugs and wind and bright sunlight.
Agreed. I’ll get these ladies to flower until the just take up too much space in there and choose two to give them a shot outside.

Gave them a slightly higher ratio of the FF and also gave them a snack of Maxicrop which is basically seaweed. We will see if they like the extra nutes!

Well I have given them two feedings of this higher concentration of nutes (plus maxicrop) but still not looking better. Maybe this is their trajectory for the last couple of weeks? They are just about to start week 13 so I was going to back off on the nutes for the last couple of weeks anyway and clear out the soil. Thoughts anyone?

How hot does it get against that block wall? I know the temps suddenly ramped up this last week, maybe they’re getting too much reflected heat? I don’t have a lot of cannabis experience yet or block walls myself, but I know in my gardening groups they are always cautioning people about plants next to block walls.

It hasn’t been blistering but certainly it was warmer. I can easily try moving those against the wall off by a foot or two!

Worth a try? What direction does the wall face?

@Emilya - The leaves are yellowing is one thing and I’m not worried about that given I only have a few weeks left in this part of the griebut I just noticed this loss of color on some of the buds on one of the outdoor ladies. Just have not seen before so any information here would be obviously important.
