Grandpa Tokin Grows GG4 & ASD In RDWC With Cree LED

Interesting! I have not heard that one. I know they are ferocious mite and aphid eaters. The pain in the tush part is they die off pretty quick if there are no bugs to eat, unless you feed them. That's why I give them raisins and water.

Interesting relationship between plants and ladybugs. Plants that are under attack by bugs (Mites, aphids, etc) will secret a help signal in the form of a certain scent. Its basically a plant SOS signal for the plant that gets sent out to predatory bugs. The ladybugs will catch the scent and the counter assault begins. Fascinating relationships in nature.

That's pretty interesting. I didn't know that. I wonder if they would eat the fungus gnats I seem to never be rid of. No idea where I'd even get ladybugs

Morning gramps . getting excited to see your harvest! Those trich shots look great . I baked cookies yesterday both weed infused and normal ones. Came out today and the whole santa plate was cleaned off! I'm going to have 1 or 2 sick dogs today, thankfully he could only get at the non weed cookies phewf

Well, I have been out of work with my back issue for over a year now. I hate watching most television because I think most of it is just horrible. But I love me some Discovery, NatGeo, and History channels. So if the TV is on, which most the time it isn't, I am usually learning something new about nature or history. That was one of the interesting facts I learned about ladybugs in the last 3 or 4 months. Nature is so much more interesting than Hollywood.

For those fungas gnats Neil, mix 4 parts water with 1 part 3% Hydrogen Peroxide and water with it. It will kill the fungus gnats in one shot. You might need to do another water a bit later if there were any unhatched eggs in there. The mixture won't hurt your plant at all.
