Grandpa Tokin’s Perpetual

OMG Gramps. I really feel bad for your outdoor grow. RUS (Rodents of Unusual Size) are everywhere. Everything is fair game here that we plant. Everyone here that has a garden has to fence it. Hey you learned what to expect next time around. I think indoor is easier.

Glad to see you doing well. Keep up the good progress with the diet an fitness routine.

Morning mr.G please forgive my ignorance but what's a dingo...? I know the ozzie folks have a dingo, it's like part of the hyena family I'm assuming..
But I'm sure you don't live in Oz....haha

Damn that's a shame bout the outdoor plants, pesky " dingo ".... but you'll be back at it soon I hope, how's the health and well being coming along, as my 3 months recovery is up so I'm starting to be more productive now and my back must suck it up within reason....

Top o the morning mr.G and blessed weekend healing and good vibes for you and yours....

My dingo is a deer (or a herd of them). I was only making a joke...not a good one apparently. :passitleft:

Thanks everyone for the kind words. Here’s a little update on my health.

I’m doing a monitored workout session of cardio/aerobic exercise 3 times a week (M-W-F). I’m up to 20 minutes on an elliptical and another 15 minutes on another machine (bike, stepper, or treadmill). I have to drive 35 minutes to get there, but I’m ok with it. I’ve completed 16 visits out of 42 (that my insurance pays for). I’m also now doing resistance (light weight) training on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at home. I had to wait 8 weeks before I could do any upper body weight training. Hell, I could barely lift a tooth brush just a few short weeks ago...not mentioning my dick...just sayin.

Anyway I’m dedicated to working out daily. I’m either doing aerobics on a machine or lifting weights. On top of that, I’ve been working hard to get a minimum of 8000 steps each day. Naturally, eating right is a huge factor. I’m sticking to it. So far I’ve lost some fat and definitely feel great. I haven’t felt this good in many years even though I’m still healing. It hasn’t been easy and I don’t expect it to be.

I’m dedicated to getting myself back into the best physical condition possible. So far—so good! I appreciate each of you for being here and for your encouragement.

PEACE!
Love reading this Gramps! Proud of u brother!
