Dip day. Now, I have more lawn care to take of. It never ends. It may come to an end real soon though. I’m getting tired of taking care of it all.

I did shoulders today during my killer old-guy walk. It was fun!
I saved both Test reports for safe keeping.
Grandpa! I missed the workout reports. I did 10 pushups at work yesterday and today my chest hurts. 
Baby steps, I know...And it makes a nice backdrop for plant pics!

Alignment of the earth complete once again. 260 pushups during an hour of walking and I feel pretty good. I have work to do around here...it never ends.
