I can get super high and (knock on wood) it never makes me uncomfortable or paranoid (although I can get the cold shakes). Good smoke for day or night. My wife has been floating the idea of moving, so I didn’t keep a mother plant...:confused:
You’re into high quality strains GT, and I dig it! I’m 3 years in and trying to taste everything in the candy store. I could barely distinguish flavor before I started squishing.

I was the same way. I could taste different weed but smoke always got in the way. What I really hated was smelling like weed and smoke all the time too. I don’t have that with rosin at all.

Since my wife is the boss of me... :love: I’m not allowed to smoke pot in my own house. All pot related growing or smoking activities are only tolerated in my man cave, which is approximately 125 steps from the house. However, Rosin gave me a loophole of sorts. I can dab in the garage and she doesn’t freak. As long as I keep it clean there’s no problemo. So, I don’t smoke much green anymore.

Plus, and this is a big factor, I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my cardiovascular fitness by cutting out the green. Capsules are actually the best for me, but I love a rosin hit. In fact, it took me an hour to write this... o_O

Same here, I pop some gummies and load my vape pin for a few sneakers...
Now I’m still not sold on self contained rosin rigs. The current designs needs to be reworked for durability and less wasteful.

Mine just got flipped this weekend. Gonna be a few weeks til she starts putting on a killer show, but i am excited.

I am looking forward to trying it finally. I haven't had anything new or fresh since June....and thats like freaking forever for me. I hate opening my medicine cabinet and seeing the same jars staring back at me.

Thats gonna change soon.....Sour Cherries and Hindu Kush coming down in 2 weeks, followed by Jack Herer, Skunk, and a couple weeks after that it will be the Killer A5 Haze.....and maybe my next thanksgiving my Panama Haze will be finished LOL.
 
I love the conjured feelings associated with smoking a new strain after growing it.
 
I just found a small trick that made life much easier for myself n hopefully one of ya find useful. Hopefully me explanation makes sense.
I've always had trouble keeping the top of my rosin bag closed firmly while getting it into the press. What I do now is on my last foldover I touch the edge of the bag with a flame n melt it then push it down onto the bag n it seals up nicely n holds well.

Nice idea. I use a hand clamp to keep it closed until I’m ready to smash.

I've been having pretty good luck with "cold-pressing" my pucks with light pressure. I let em sit for about 20 min under pressure; they hold together great. Which works great for me because I'm too cheap to buy press bags. LoL

I'm sure I could chuck one of these pucks at a wall & it would keep shape.

I've been using a piece of 1.25" pvc.... about 2" long, with thick flat-washer as my mold...
