I completed 84 body weight squats and lunges during our walk this morning, and I added sprints for the uphill portion. I’m turning into a beast...an old, delicate, beast, but a beast nonetheless.

That particular one was squished at 190*F. Probably should have gone lower but the plates were already set there and I’m lazy like that. I usually squish between 180-200. It really depends on the weed. This fresh stuff should be squeezed at lower temps IMO.
