I love my 3t dabpress
For me it works fantastic and produces plenty
Now if yer a big consumer, 6t may be better
But I've done 5gr squishes and they say ya can do 7gr
Either way Dabpress for sure

its the 1st thing i thought after reading the 1st page for the 4th time.. the more i know the more i understand and the 4th time is like the 1st all over again lmao.
if only sex was like that
and consumption wise. i smoke 7g a day for shits amd gigles. and its really takig its toll on my lungs. so im really looking for new age methods lmao..
so the 6ton sounds like what i need.
its just £500 quid for a new set up and a shift in life .. itll pay for it self soon enoufh for sure but its £500 lmao all in

I have COPD and have been smoking combustibles forever, I switched to Rosin vaping and although i may cough when I take too big a vape, my lungs feel so much better.

Hey I’m finally happy with my yocan pin. I bastardized it! I’m running adjustable and more power to the coils. I get an instant hit from cold coil. I just took the top half and stuck it on an old vape rig.

I think it is like 30w. It’s set on 14.00w. I’d bet my pin is pushing about 1/2 of that. But that’s what I’m looking for. A few big hits and put it down. I guess you sacrifice a little flavor heating it so fast.

Did you take a look at temperature controlled coils?

Hey Grandpa, did my first press on the rented rosin press yesterday. It's a 2 ton press with heated upper and lower plates and dual digital displays (one for each plate). Looks a little like a Sasquash rig but couldn't see a makers name. Cost was C$10 per bag. Put 10 grams of dried but not cured Canuk Cheese popcorn buds and sugar leaves into a filter bag, did 3 - 2 minute pressings with the plates at 200, 220, 240 F. Total yield was 0.33 grams of oil and the bag is still sticky. I've never done this before, is that yield good bad or indifferent?
Haven't tried the rosin yet but the test popcorn bud I vaped had a kick like a mule.

If it was a lot of trim, then it’s probably normal. I’d need to watch how you did it. Anyway, try that rosin and see what you think. It’ll be potent for sure.

My lucky day...I opened a container I thought was empty and voilà, I find some dank. Not sure what it is, but I’ll smash it! Smelled like heavy fuel with a hint of old sock. Surprisingly, It’s good. Stable to the touch immediately. The Rosin tastes like a candy cane with a diesel afterburner. I’m high.

Scorpio, my old friend! Hey. Im finally playing with rosin also. Similar question...since you guys have collectively run every possible temp/time, what is the consensus on low yielding stuff? This stuff is dry. I have re-hydrated to apx 65% but still low yields. Tried 180 for 3 min & 220 for 1.5 min. 220 was better but only .11 return. Granted, probably never was top shelf but decent.
If you go to @scrogster rosin thread and post #134 he has a video on this subject.
I’ve never been over 210 degrees, I like 190 degrees the best so far ! I squish RH at 62% .

All bud is not created equal. You need good material and a good technique to average 20% or better.
I aim for 200* in temp and 2-7 minutes in the press. Everyone does it different. Lower temp typically means more time in the press.

I don’t start the count down on a squish once I hit 1000 psi ! I’ve been going to 4000 psi slowly till it stop bubbling. Last squish was a rock hard bud of 8 grams and didn’t weigh the rosin . Mama finished it in a day and half ,maybe less .
