I know the focus of the article is mainly on preventative potential but CBD was amazing for my wife and I when we got the flu maybe last year. It was so effective it opened my wife's eyes to the plant's amazing potential and she was a pretty hard skeptic.

“Some fuqing corona killer right here son!” This is why I love my Grandpa Glue. Enjoy and stay safe please.

YaeCCC Digital Hotplate Magnetic Stirrer with Heating Plate

This arrived today. Of course I had to give it a try right out of the box...

My test setup was 60ml of cooking oil in a 100ml beaker. The initial run was not encouraging. My temperature setpoint was 50°C. It heated the oil to 80°C, let it drop to 48°C then oscillated between 48°C and 68°C. The instructions seem to be a poor translation from Chinese to English. Big Surprise here!

I googled the part number of the controller, and all I got was the Chinese version of the instructions. I copied it into google translate a bit at a time, and the results were a little better. I still don't understand it all, but made some progress. I changed a couple of parameters and it now heats the oil to 58°C, lets it drop to 48°C then oscillated between 47°C and 53°C. This is acceptable, although I'll try to refine it more.

I also discovered that a temperature offset can be applied of +/-9.9°C. This is interesting as with the proper offset I may be able to reach a temperature of 109.8°C, which should be enough to decarb rosin. I'll give that a try for my next run. Since each run takes about 90min, it's a job for later.

If you get covid, Cannabis will help prevent or calm the cytokine storm that causes complications or death. I don't know if it's a magic bullet, but I think it's worth a try.

I wanted to fill some capsules today, but ran out of isopropyl alcohol. I needed to call five pharmacies before locating some, 20 miles away. The good news is that my bags came in for my next grow, and I got some extras. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Are those stickers/slaps? Where you get?

Happy Friday GT and friends! Here's tonight's night cap, BlackBerry kush, pink kush CBD and white widow rosin. I hope everyone has a fantastic evening. Thanks again for the tips on collecting the hard to get rosin. I'm gathering purple goo slowly but surely.
