Hello all.
It's Flip + 18 for Copy and Paste and they've grown 3 inches over the last two days. Two feet, three inches tall now.
My plants really seem to love the @ViparSpectra XS3000 Pros, and I'm kind of fond of them too!

I've seen improvement in the quality of plants under every @ViparSpectra light I've used.I'm with you GDB! @ViparSpectra 's done some fine work in this one!

It's Flip + 20 for Copy and Paste and they're holding steady at 2 ft. 3 inches in height. I believe the stretch is over!
Only about 60 more days to go. Since my Birthday is in February that means I'll age a whole year waiting on these plants to get done!

And they're a nice, manageable height- which, if I'm not mistaken, is what you set out to do...
so, Well done, GDB!
I hope mine quits stretching on day 20- 2 days to go...it's almost as tall as yours (24"), and getting taller as we speak..
I ran my Photone app under them and the footprint is the best I've seen. Just about the same every nook and cranny! And plenty of what they want in spectrum and power by the way they grow!I've seen improvement in the quality of plants under every @ViparSpectra light I've used.

As I said yesterday, I believe these Forbidden Fruit clones are further along in their development than their mom was at the same age.
I offer these comparison pics as evidence:

Looks like more prominent puff balls on the kids!
One thing I forgot to report when I did it is that back on Dec. 9th on their Flip + 13 I increased the @ViparSpectra XS3000 Pros from 60 to 80%. Lux now sits at right around 50K.

Sure does-mom's were just gettin' started, but the youngsters are well on the way..I wonder if the finished product will end up bigger than moms?

I don't know about bigger, but I'm pretty sure these will be heavier. All those little pom poms are going to connect to form long spears so I'm thinking long and "fat" spears this time around.

Hello all.
It's Flip + 22 for Copy & Paste and all seems well.
Even though my 5x5 is about to be vacated, I've decided not to move the FFs down there when that happens. Given the way these plants are structured (kinda' spindly) and the fact they're in 5 gallon pots (heavy to me, even when dry), I don't think it would be in their best interest to move them.
The awkward trip down 2 long flights of stairs, with me trying to balance 5 gallon pots while also trying to keep the plant relatively immobile, well, I just don't see that producing a good outcome.
So I will continue the physical contortions necessary to maintain them where they are and hope I don't wreck my sacroiliac!
