LoL... when I was younger, we used to call those a "sploof"
We'd use a toilet paper tube & stuff it with dryer sheets to blow our smoke thru. Ours never worked like we thought they did!

We would use TP inside the tube and spray cologne on it (those were cologne wearing days for everyone in the 90s) and no I’m sure it wasn’t nearly as effective as we hoped
