Hello all. I've got a Turkey Night update.

The Forbidden Fruit clones are on Day 43. I gave them both a healthy feed today. They both got Strive nutrients. Paste (left) took 3 liters and Copy took an entire gallon before each started peeing.

Once they've sucked up enough to need more water I'm going to flip them, however many days that may be.

I hope everyone's Thanksgiving was a winner!

Our Thanksgiving was probably the last time we'll be able to make it just the four of us, which definitely made it a winner. I hope you and the missus had a wonderful evening!

I get it. But it's my short-term memory that's shot to hell! Every morning I ask the Mrs. what we had for dinner last night, and every time she gives me that "Again?" look. She's past being ready to have me committed to an assisted care facility. But I can never remember the meal and I'm the one who fixed it!

I need to try some of that stuff they're always advertising on TV that's supposed to improve your memory. What is the name of that stuff?

It's Day 45 for the Forbidden Fruit clones and I'm beginning to think this ride is going to be a little wilder than I had planned!

These girls look like they could get large, very large by my standards. That'll leave me to complain about how they're too hard to move around and how they drink too much water (that I have to schlep).

I could cut them back some before I flip them but now I'm curious to see if my prediction is correct. If it is, I'll make an earnest attempt to keep my complaining internal!

If you leave the existing tie-downs on, and just let them grow vertical from now on, they shouldn't get too much wider, maybe 3 or 4 inches is all..
It's going to get "tight" in there, no matter what you do, though...

Yes, I see tightness ahead. I'm likely going to remove some of Copy before flip. She looks like she would be too hard to manage!

Last night the Forbidden Fruit clones spent their first period under 12 hours of darkness. So today is their Flip Day 1!

I had said I was gonna' take off some of Copy (rear) before the flip. But I ended up leaving her as she was in order to see what happens. I hope that's not a decision I'll regret down the road!

I increased the power on the @ViparSpectra XS3000 Pros from 50 to 60 percent. They remain about 14 inches above the plants. The light measures about 45K lux.

That's today's news.
