I'd be rapt with some local sourced seeds but of great genetics. Fingers crossed for the referendum, that'd be awesome, will that mean we can freely order from seed banks overseas? I know a couple of people who have bought CBD/THC oil locally for medical reasons and it sounded like there were seeds around but I haven't directly experienced it. Plenty of seed banks send here but getting it might be a toss up.Hey Stunger...good to hear I'm not the only kiwi on here!
So far everyone on here has been more than helpful and I've already learnt a few good points from the good folk.
Just wondering if you've heard of any ways to get some locally sourced NZ seed? By mail if possible. (without approaching the most stoned looking person I can spot on the street - or I may have to :S ) .
Not keen on the whole buying from overseas deal as not sure how much of a pickle you can find yourself in with the mail service etc. (or is it something not to worry about?)

You could buy each part separate & it would only cost $500 on Ebay. You can get a decent 5' x 5' x 7' tent for about $150, 6" Fan & Filter $120, Timer $10, Temp & RH Monitor $15, Rope Hangers usually come free with any light, Grow Bags 5 gallon 5 for $10, 6" Flex Duct $20 so that's $325 for everything but the light. If you were planning to spend $1000 that leaves you enough money to buy a Really Good Light, seeds, soil, nutrients, etc. A really good light for that size tent would probably be $500. Something like 2 of the Mars Hydro TSL 2000's would work great.This set looking pretty good for the beginings - Grow Kit - Stage Two
Brand new and all gear there. Don't know too much about the lights....but has some good reviews.
