Awww Deph and Temps are young uns...Now I just wanna run over there and squeeze both your cheeks...lol... Old as I am, I still value and respect the wisdom of those older than me. I always been like that. Just cause I am old don't mean I am dead. I still got some good years left in me...I just move a little slower...lol

Hmm, wonder who you been talking to? I never had to walk to school. Blizzard, oh hell no, I am not even coming out the door unless its to get some munchies. Usually when I know one is coming, I get them ahead of time..lol..I remember paper bags but never used one to hold books, had book bags for that. Now I have gone from book bags to granny carts, this old body can't take a lot of weight on it.
bah there are only 2 differences between the young and the old and the young should enjoy it while they can.
1 we learn to respect cause and effect better (we really not boring old peeps, we just know that that particular bit of fun now, will cost us dear in the future, so we learn to hold back.
2 we feel just the same inside as we always did (i feel about 25-30 maturity wise and always have) but this disease called aging slowly destroys our body and we just cant live how we feel any more, so our habitts change.
i know 70 year olds that still get that boyinsh glint in their eyes when talking about their favorite MMO computer games, lol

I wish I could be 25 again and have the knowlege I have at 50.

Right you are,J. I totally forgot about that. But then people started using other stuff to cover their books. If you used a paper bag, you were considered being cheap...lol...And use to doodle on the front of them...those were the days.
LOL! That was the reason that I continued to cover them with paper bags. Once people saw my drawings they stopped laughing at me for being cheap, and started asking to see my covers. Hell, I used to save the best covers in a scrapbook...

I can't draw to save my life. I use to do graffiti on my covers. Amateur at best, something to do when bored in a class I didn't like...lol
