Just curious, what was the yield on the GC? Why would one choose the Goliath over the COB? I plan to order some lights this week for my 12x12x8 grow room, was checking out Mars-Hydro as well. Thanks for the details, please feel free to PM if that is more appropriate for the forum.

Goliath uses 575w on average vs 675 from the COB. It also has so far a slightly higher yield for 4x4 at 2.5 pounds vs COB at 2.48 pounds. The downside to the Goliath is that it's heavy.

Mars aren't very good. With their 1200, which uses around 540w, I was only able to get 12oz. It doesn't cover 4x4. Another guy on here also got 12oz from that same Mars light.
