There has been much growth over the last few days, should I top her and remove all the strange top growth?

IMO don't top her. She is revegging and that strange growth is what you get. Removing the strange growth means removing all the new growth on the plant. Eventually it will become normal looking growth but it takes a few weeks.

Thanks! Tips of leaves were getting burnt, too much NPK, did a flush to clean soil

Here is where she is at as of today after a 4 day flush. Still some burnt tips but doing ok.

I've also added a small co2 generator to to one of my fans.
