GardeningGnome's Gorilla Glue, Jack Herer, Critical & Northern Lights: Coco & LED, 2020

Just got done mowing the yard. Right at this point of the season is my favorite time of the year here in Northern California. Once summer hits my beautiful backyard will turn into a dust bowl with tumbleweeds. this weather right now reminds me of Washington State. Once Lady G.I. retires will be headed there to hang our dog tags. Print out this pic onto a poster board and stick it to your window so that way you can see that when you look outside. LOL! Cheers!

Hey hey @GIjose , thanks for the update!
Haha, I'll print this one out and plaster over the windows, not a bad idea!! :)

Nice place you have, and I know exactly how you feel, when springtime is really showing its best sides. Interesting to hear you are moving to D.C. after Cali, must be a change. How is D.C. when it comes to herb? School me on the status of medical mj and cannabis in general there, please?

Keep them photos coming mate! I need something to carry me on here! Haha :)
Thanks again @GIjose , hope the weekend is nice on your end.

Thanks! FYI Not Washington DC but Washington State north west coast. I honestly have to say when it comes to cannabis Washington has the right idea of how to use the funds, and how to run dispensaries. In California it's very expensive here and limited dispensaries. If you are a card holder you can grow up to 15 plants per household in Washington. In California it is 6 plants per adult in the household. Even though legalization originated in California nothing can beat Washington's bud. That's just my opinion . It has a really slow burn , and very white ashes . If you're familiar with that the whiter the ash the purer the bud. The food is phenomenal, I am an outdoors guy and a gun guy. LOL When I moved to California I had to put my guns in storage because they were considered illegal in this state. Washington I have a house on 6 acres of land. I have no idea who my neighbors were, unlike here if I were to spit out the window I would hit my neighbor's house. Again as usual more information than once you asked. LOL this is my home away from home , the last pic is from my buddies grow. Banana Bomb! I'm home sick now..lol

Ahh, I see!! Yeah, my geographical sense isn't the best. It makes more sense to move to Washington State than D.C.. Not a coastal change, but I started to think if you had any special reason to move to D.C. since you mentioned "dogtags"... Didn't know if you had some connections/links to your service there. Plus, I got stuck in my own mind thinking about the work I did with the NATO people from Norfolk and D.C..

Thanks for filling me in on the herb situation! Always giving me plenty of new knowledge :)

Really really nice place you have there. Mind if a Swedish gnome drops by in the distant future? Bring out the guns to show the European how a real mule kicks!! :)

Dude! Would definitely make time. We have a stock lake with bass, rainbow trout. We got salmon fishing right down the road depending on the season. We can shoot off of my balcony..would make a heel of a trip. Can if you want to see the sights Seattle is about an hour away from my house, Tacoma is 45 minutes from my house. Lots to do !

Been fishing since i could hold a rod, luv it! Too bad the salmon is a protected species around here, after almost being fished to death. Gravlax! :)

Rainbow trout is such a nice fish, both to eat and catch. Icefishing for Pike, autumn evenings fishing for Baltic herring and fishing for some fat Perch in the summer -> some of my best childhood memories. I used to take my bike, tackle box and rod and just escape. Last year I invested in a new reel and some new gear, time to get back to some serious fishing after all years living abroad.... Looking forward to sharing some photos of this summers catches @GIjose .

I'm going to start a new thread I'll post it in my signature so we can share stuff like that. Can't wait. Cheers!
Brilliant idea

All are welcome!

@GardeningGnome I am happy to see you got your ladies perky and they look amazing! I also think you helped me solve a bit of an issue I was going to dismiss. My largest white widow was droopy and yellow. Well today I noticed a slight sign of light bleach so I raised my light which the plant probably appreciates as is but it also increased the footprint. I hope you are enjoying the weekend my friend!

Update!

It was repotting-time yesterday and cloning-time today. Time for some photos!

Not nosecandy ya fool! Rooting powder and clean tools.

Tight tent! Had to put down another segment of "plastic mash net" under the new 2Gallon/7.6Liter Smart Pots, took the time to check what worked best in there.

Backrow of the tent. Critical and Jack Herer in the left row that got topped today. Two weaker GG's (in bloom) in the center positions. In the "chamber-of-torture" mid-left spot is the Jack Herer that grew so immensely dense, it got cloned and LST today. Purple GG clone in the top right corner.

Close-up of the back row of the tent. Peep the fanwork.

Puple GG clone standing in the veg-space. In the background two Jack Herer cuttings taken today.

Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!

A photo from below. Purple GG that started the bloom phase today.

Man I love those colors! You should have put the photo in the monthly drawing!
Ah yeah, not a bad idea!
I'll need to get involved a bit more in the contests 420mag have anyways, that is a good push for it :)

Hey @shottafire , hope all is well bruvva.

When would you suggest starting with the Canna PK 13/14?

thats a hard one to tell you. I usually wait for the stretch to stop and the plant has snowballs like the size of a thumbnail. That is a tricky product to use to be honest. Timing is important and you only use it for a week maybe 10 days. It is also super important to cut back on your base as the pk13/14 can burn your plants quite quick. Some people will say run it at lowered doses all the way thru flower. Many different opinions on it. But if used correctly it pairs up well with the Canna A and B

Your Washingston place is great. Wow, I can inhale at the pics and feel the clean air!

You guys have me reminiscing too. I grew fishing for trout, mostly with a fly rod and tying my own flies, great fun, love the outdoors and the rivers run that through it. Great stuff! :thumb:

I wish I could fly fish oh, I tried it once and made a mess. I was spending more time untangling then fishing..lol people that do it make it seem so easy. Cheers!
