Just like the difference between LST and HST (Low vs. High). There are various degrees of super cropping. I don't get so aggressive as the break or snap limbs but some light bending can help to train a branch in the direction you want. If you go a bit further with super cropping you actually do crush the fibers in the branch / stem, ideally without breaking the skin. You can always tape a gnarly wound and it will usually heal to a nice knuckle. I'm gonna be doing some pics of my NL that I tried to kill by dropping two lights on it. Swing by The Emerald City a little later and you'll see what I'm talking about. I'll do a montage so all the pics will be on the same post.

Yes you can super crop in flower but I like LST cause you don't have to damage the plants for training. That being said super cropping can produce some very nice results. Once you do checking up on those you'll understand the differences bett
